Digital Platform for Pipeline Network
Urban pipeline monitoring platform
The urban pipeline network monitoring platform is an intelligent management system designed to address the pain points in the operation and maintenance of urban water supply and drainage pipelines. It integrates the Internet of Things, GIS maps, and leak location technology to achieve "visual status, controllable risks, and efficient operation and maintenance" of the water supply and drainage pipeline network. The system deploys pressure sensors, flow sensors, water quality sensors, level gauges, and smart water meters at key nodes in the pipeline network to collect real-time data on pipeline pressure, flow rate, water quality indicators, liquid level inside the pipeline, and leakage signals. It relies on low-power communication technologies such as 4G and LoRa to achieve stable data transmission; With the help of leakage positioning equipment, it is possible to quickly identify leakage points, blockage hazards, and areas with abnormal water quality in the pipeline network, and simultaneously trigger sound and light alarms and SMS notifications.
The platform supports GIS map visualization management of pipeline networks, precise positioning of leakage points, automatic distribution of operation and maintenance work orders, historical data query, and energy consumption statistical analysis. It can not only help water departments timely troubleshoot pipeline network faults, reduce water resource waste and water supply interruption risks, but also optimize pipeline network operation and maintenance efficiency, reduce operation and maintenance costs, ensure stable operation of urban water supply and drainage systems, and enhance residents' water experience and urban flood control and drainage capabilities.
